Quality system

Quality has always been an objective in which Forgital is profoundly convinced and which is rooted in the company's tradition. The Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System and the objectives for company processes, continually defined and assessed, are the tools Forgital Italy has provided itself with to achieve these targets. FORGITAL established its Quality System in 1979 and obtained its first official certification, in compliance with ISO 9000 international standards, in 1992. FORGITAL later updated its quality management system in order to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification in September 2002. Finally, FORGITAL was the first Italian company in the sector to qualify according to AS/EN 9100, a qualification which was obtained in January 2004. Continuing its path towards production excellence, FORGITAL has achieved numerous certifications both for its system and its products. These certifications, issued by the most important international bodies, regard particular procedures and special internal processes codified in dedicated procedures. These attestations principally testify to the company's ability to manufacture hi-tech, high-quality products for specific applications.
