Fly, a Forgital Group company dedicated to the mechanical finishing of components in light alloys, metallic alloys and super alloys, becomes a joint-stock company, called Fly S.p.A. One of the new stakeholders is “Trentino Sviluppo”, agency that aims to contribute to the growth and promotion of Trentino (a Northern Italy Province) as a business and research hub. With this company change, Fly establishes a new Administration Board and increases its capital. This is a new step towards the definition of Fly as a highly technological center for the production of critical components used in the energy, aeronautics and aerospace industries.
